Lucky S is a software studio that builds its own products and takes on selective client work, with the same rigor applied to both. Every project ships with a written spec, clean architecture, and production monitoring from day one.
We're growing toward full operations. Right now we're taking on a limited number of projects and building Drumbeats.io, our operational monitoring platform for background jobs, incidents, alerts, and status pages.

Spec before stack
We define what the system should do before choosing any technology. It keeps the architecture honest and decisions easy to revisit.
AI + hands-on engineering
We push AI tooling hard for speed, but every decision, review, and deployment stays human-led.
Backend first
Data models, API contracts, and reliability come first, before any pixels. That way growth never forces a rewrite.
Async execution, synced decisions
Between syncs, work moves fast and independently. Big decisions happen face to face. Everything else is async.

For web projects, we standardize around JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems like Next.js, React, and Node. When the project calls for it, we switch to Python, Solidity, or whatever fits.

- Founded Lucky S Software as a backend-focused product studio building its own products and taking on selective client work.
- Designed, architected, and shipped Drumbeats.io — an operational monitoring platform — as co-founder and product engineer.
- Built luckys.dev end-to-end including Meet Lucky, an AI sales agent that qualifies, scopes, and prices inbound work 24/7.

BiLira — Istanbul
- Led engineering end-to-end for BiLira Kripto (RFQ-based crypto exchange with OTC desk) and BiLira Direct (fiat/crypto on-ramp).
- Grew the team across multiple hiring cycles, focusing on architecture consistency, mentorship, and delivery reliability.
- Doubled the team’s delivery throughput by restructuring workflows around sprints, kanban, and technical grooming sessions.
- Primary technical contact for MASAK, SPK, and independent financial audits across the 2023–2025 fiscal years.
- Built the first automated independent audit tooling after SPK III-35B.1, now adopted by multiple companies in Turkey’s crypto ecosystem.
- Directed TÜBİTAK and MKK integrations, onboarded InfoSec teams, and architected a compliant stateless service infrastructure for exchange licensing.
Software Developer

BiLira — Istanbul
- Architected the core API (Node.js / Fastify / PostgreSQL) managing stablecoin circulation with high availability.
- Built and launched BiLira ID—a centralized OAuth platform. Migrated the entire user base to a new KYC flow and enabled third-party partners to embed BiLira as on/off-ramp infrastructure.
- Developed back-office tools and transaction automation (auto-approval workflows) that removed major operational bottlenecks.

- Led development of trading software in TypeScript. Built aggregated orderbooks integrating WebSocket and REST APIs from Binance, Kraken, and other major exchanges for optimal price fulfillment.

- First non-founder hire. Designed Web3 product architectures, built cross-chain ERC-20 tokens on EVM networks, and developed YUMAK—a Python/Flask/Web3 app for transparent grant distribution.
