Meet Lucky is an AI sales agent that qualifies inbound visitors, maps intent across four engagement tracks (ship, add AI, modernize, fractional CTO), scopes a project in a single conversation, and quotes a price when scope is clear. A custom design system, original long-form writing, and a backoffice that tracks every deal across the full conversion pipeline.

Led BiLira's full technological transformation into a regulated crypto exchange. Managed the simultaneous launch of the new platform and sunset of legacy systems while coordinating compliance with multiple independent auditors and government bodies.
